Trong những năm gầy đây Việt Nam luôn phải đối mặt với nguy cơ xảy ra các sự cố trong hoạt động hàng hải đe dọa đến chất lượng môi trường biển. Bài báo này sẽ phân tích những nguy cơ và thực trạng công tác phòng ngừa và ứng phó sự cố môi trường trong hoạt động hàng hải để giúp các cơ quan quản lý thấy được sự cần thiết phải xây dựng OPRE trong hoạt động hàng hải tại Việt Nam.
In recent years, in maritime activities, Vietnam always faces the risk of the occurrence of incidents threatening to the quality of the marine environment. This paper will analyze these risks and current situation of prevention and response to environmental incidents in maritime activities to help the authorities realize the need to establish an overall plan to prevent and response to environmental incidents in maritime activities in Vietnam.
