Chế tạo vỏ động cơ phóng tên lửa phòng không tầm thấp bằng thép hợp kim đặc biệt

Fabrication of outer shell of rocket engine from special alloy steel used in low-range surface-to-air missiles
Tóm tắt:

Bài báo trình bày kết quả chế tạo chi tiết vỏ động cơ phóng tên lửa phòng không tầm thấp từ thép hợp kim mác 28X3CHMBФA theo tiêu chuẩn Nga (28Cr3SiNiMoWVA) do Viện Công nghệ/Bộ Công thương kết hợp Viện Công nghệ/TCCNQP chế tạo.

Abstract:

In this paper, the results in manufacturing outer shell of rocket engine of low-range surface-to-air missiles from steel 28Cr3SiNiMoWVA (28X3CHMBФA), which made by Institue of Technology/Ministry of National Defence and Research Institute of Technology for Machinery/ Ministry of Industry and Trade are reported. The cup-like blanks were formed by two-step cold deep drawing from disk-like blanks with dimension of Ø1543.5 mm and hardness less than 241 HB. After deformation, the blanks were recrystallization annealed at (720±10) oC. Before mechanical machining, the blanks were heat treated at (920±10) oC for 2 hours, cooled by quenching in oil or air cooled, then tempered at (280360) oC for 2 hours, air cooled. The blanks are reached the minimum hardness of 45.5 HRC, tensile strength of 1570 MPa, elongation of 6 %. After mechanical finishing process, the products were accepted with the following acceptance test procedure: strength testing with hydraulic pressure of 205±5 MPa for 30 seconds, products were not seeped liquid and fracture testing with hydraulic pressure of 230 MPa for 30 seconds, products were not fractured during test. The results demonstrated that products which made from indigenous material could replace imported material.
