Cục Hàng hải Việt Nam đã có đề xuất lên Bộ Giao thông vận tải xây dựng Đề án quản lý hoạt động của sàn giao dịch vận tải biển. Để góp phần hoàn thiện cơ chế quản lý sàn giao dịch này trong thời gian tới cho ngành vận tải biển Việt Nam, bài báo này mong muốn đóng góp một số vấn đề liên quan đên điều kiện hình thành và cách thức vận hành sàn giao dịch vận tải biển Việt Nam.
Abstract
Vietnam Maritime Administration has proposed to the Ministry of Transport to develop a operation management project of Vietnam shipping exchange. In order to contribute to the improvement of the exchange’s management mechanism, this article seeks to contribute a number of factors related to the formation conditions and operational methods of Vietnam shipping exchange.
