Bài báo này trình bày các kết quả nghiên cứu các yếu tố ảnh hưởng tới thành phần khí hydro trong môi trường thấm cacbon. Các kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy: khi tăng tỷ lệ CO2/gas thì lượng H2 ở trong lò sẽ giảm; tăng thời gian lưu thì lượng H2 thay đổi không đáng kể còn nếu thay đổi nhiệt độ không ảnh hưởng đến lượng H2.Tỉ lệ CO2/gas ở xung quanh khoảng 2,5 và 3 trong điều kiện: Tthấm =9200C , p = 0,1MPa, N2 =70%*Qtổng cố định cho kết quả tốt nhất về thế thấm.
This paper presents the results of the influence of factors on the composition of hydrogen in the carburizing process. The results show: while increasing the proportion of CO2/gas in the furnace, the amount of H2 will decrease; increase retention time, the amount of H2 is changed very small; change temperature, the amount of H2 is not changed. The propportion of CO2/gas around "buttons" 2.5 and 3 in the following conditions: Ttham = 920oC, p = 0,1MPa, N2 = 70%; Qtong is fixed for the best results about the infiltration.
